NEWARK, Del. - The Harford men's basketball team (6-2) held off a late Delaware Tech rally to win its second contest in as many days on Tuesday, 85-81. Davonte Williams netted a season-high 14 points off the bench to provide the spark plug.

Williams was 5-for-8 from the floor and 2-for-3 from behind the arc during the key stretch run for Harford as the Fighting Owls flipped a halftime deficit to a late-game lead. 

Three Fighting Owls set career-highs in the win. Cedric Hines set his with 24 points on 8-for-15 shooting from the floor and 7-for-10 from the free throw line while dishing out a game-high six assists. Hayden Jackson buried four 3-pointers and also set his career-best with 16 points while freshman Evason Ogbonna netted 14 points.

The Fighting Owls host Montgomery next Wednesday at 7 p.m.
