BRONX, N.Y. - The Harford volleyball team saw its season come to an end at the District Championships in Monroe on Saturday. The Mustangs swept the Fighting Owls, 25-17, 25-23, 25-10.

The Fighting OwIs were able to hang with the 38-2 Mustangs for the first part of the afternoon before dropping the Region XV/XX Championship Game. Tiyana Bumbray led the charge with five kills and 11 digs, both team-highs. Morgan Tennant handed out 15 assists and collected three digs.

Tennant's 15 assists give the Fighting Owl record holder 677 on the season, the new single-season record. Braquelle Horton's five digs gave her 387 on the season, also a Harford single-season record.
