BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team closed out the regular season with a 77-52 victory over Delaware Tech on Monday.
Alie Kondeh netted his season-high with 20 points in the win.
Sophomore
Brandon Spain nearly recorded a triple-double with 17 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists. The point guard shot 8-of-17 from the floor and added four steals on Sophomore Night. One of his six first-half assists was a perfectly tossed alley-oop to Kondeh from just inside the halfcourt line. His old Howard teammate timed his jump and flushed it with two hands in a big momentum swing for the home team.
Exzavier Cooper came off the bench and added 12 points and nine rebounds in just 25 minutes of action.
Cedric Hines chipped in with six points and seven assists while
Jon Warren also netted six points with six rebounds.
The Fighting Owls open the 2015 MD JUCO Tournament on Friday at 3 p.m. as the No. 7 seed against No. 2 Garrett.
