Box Score BALTIMORE - The Harford women's lacrosse teamtook down CCBC Essex on Wednesday, 20-9. The Fighting Owls defense held the Knights to just three goals in the first half.

Sophomore defenders Sammi Moore and Brittany Bowman helped the Fighting Owls take a 14-3 at the half. Moore had three groundballs and a career-best three caused turnovers and Bowman had a pair of GBs and two caused turnovers.

Karley Bush scored five goals and Natalie Decker had three goals and three helpers. Katie DeCarlo scored twice and assisted on three other goals for the Fighting Owls. Lacy Underhill, Kendall Barry and Maggie Hopkins also scored twice in the win. Brie Ferrara made three saves in her first start in goal.
