- Harford got up to a lead as large as nine at 30-21 with three minutes left in the first half, but Chipola went on a 9-0 run to tie the game. The Fighting Owls were able to get a last shot off as Dominique Walker hit a jumper at the buzzer to give Harford a 32-30 lead at halftime.
- The third quarter was not as fortunate for the ladies in blue as Harford couldn't get a shot to fall and found themselves trailing 46-39 after 30 minutes of play.
- Harford was able to get back within 8 points in the fourth quarter, but Chipola was able to pull away at the end for a 14 point win that was not indicative of how close the game was.

- Dominique Walker was also great leading the team with 17 points as well as 7 rebounds.

GAME NOTES AND QUOTES:
- Head Coach Michael Seney: "I thought we fought hard all game long. The shots just didn't fall in that dreadful third quarter and that was pretty much the difference in the game."
- Forward Dahnye Redd: "We played great team ball but we have to remember to never get content. We have to keep our foot on the pedal the whole 40 minutes."
- Forward Dominique Walker: "The little mistakes lost us the game, but we never gave up and we will never give up."
- Durjan, Harris, and Walker all played 39 minutes before being pulled at the end when the result was no longer in question.
- Nichole Collins and Redd both fouled out for the first time this season.
- Harford was plagued by their three-point shooting as they were just 2-22 from behind the arc as a team.
