 HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Harford started things off the right way as Grace Humes scored in the first two minutes of the game as Hagerstown had barely gotten off the bus by the time the Fighting Owls were on the scoreboard.
  • The Fighting Owls went 27 minutes before they were able to add to the lead as sharp shooting Rachel Bohli scored in the 29th minute.
  • Kassidy Webster tapped in a cross from Emily Doleschal less than two minutes later followed by a Jacklyn Barbon goal from Kasie Lambert a minute after that.
  • Mackenzie Wills took control of the second half as she scored a hat trick within 20 minutes of each other as she moved up to sixth place in career goals in Harford program history.
  • After piling on shots throughout the game, Alexandria Adams powered home a missile into the top corner of the net then tapped in from close range later in the second half for her 16th and 17th goals of the season.
  • Humes scored a goal and two assists in the second half as she finished with a six point night as part of the devastating Harford attack.
  • Alison Beers scored her sixth of the season before Mackenzie Forsythe continued to stay hot with her 20th goal of the year to stay second in the conference.
  • Krystal Cline once again enjoyed being a spectator for most of the game, although was forced into one save in the game to make her work for her 13th shut out of the season.
  • Harford out-shot Hagerstown 65-3 in the contest in what could be a preview of a semifinal matchup in the regional tournament.
