  • The Short Story: The Fighting Owls continued their incredible level of dominance this season as they blasted the historically strong Raptors team while recording yet another shut out.

 HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Harford's insane run of sovereignty continued against their conference rivals from the south as the Fighting Owls once again controlled the game from start to finish.
  • The defensive line of the Fighting Owls led by Emily Doleschal, Emily Raulie, Alecia Rotunno and Kassie Dieter held a team to one shot or less for the fifth time this season with goalkeeper Crystal Kline making one save in the contest to earn her 11th shut out of the season.
  • Mackenzie Forsythe scored her second hat trick of the season and is now second in the conference with 15 goals on the year and second in points with 35.
  • Alexandria Adams scored a pair of goals and is now third in the conference with 13 goals with teammate Rachel Bohli close behind with 12 goals as she also netted a couple.
  • Jacklyn Barbon nearly doubled her season production for gals with a goal on either side of the break while Emily Doleschal picked up three assists in the contest.
  • Kassidy Webster picked up a pair of assists as she continues to grow into her role on the team while Briana Stabile set up then scored the first two goals of the game.

UP NEXT
  • Harford will face their most important conference game as they go to CCBC Essex on Thursday, October 5 at 5 PM. 
  • The Knights are 8-2-1 on the year and are in second place with a 4-0 record in conference play with wins against Hagerstown, Anne Arundel, Montgomery and Catonsville.
