HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Dylan Bielatowicz led the way for the Fighting Owls offense with seven goals with John Perry close behind with six.
  • Tyler Wagoner, Nick Esser and Kyle Barkley also tallied hat tricks with Esser adding six assists to his day.
  • Chris Parrott had a very successful day with two goals, two assists, and 17 ground balls thanks to a 17-20 performance on face-offs.
  • Kyle Thomas also did well in the opening circle going 14-19 while grabbing six ground balls.
  • Coach Verardi gave goalkeepers Adam Smith and Hunar Berzangi a half each between the pipes, with each giving up a goal.
  • Harford had just one man-up opportunity and were able to capitalize on it.
  • The Fighting Owls outstanding team stats include 60 shots, 7-8 on clears, and just three shots on goal allowed the entire game.
