HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Riverhawks jumped all over Harford in the first few minutes of the game as the Fighting Owls struggled to slow down the fast paced Anne Arundel team.
  • With Harford down 14-6 at halftime, the Fighting Owls clamped down on the defensive side as they held Anne Arundel to just four goals in the second half.
  • The Fighting Owls scored two goals in the last three minutes to claw back, but were unable to get within striking range.
  • Courtney Poole scored four goals to lead the team with Nina Urban close behind with two goals and one assist.
  • Kelsie Davis scored two goals and Emily Stambaugh tallied two assists while Natalie Neff snagged six ground balls in defense.
