  • The Short Story: The Fighting Owls offensive firepower was on full display as they piled in eight goals, seven of which were assisted, in a dominating team effort.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • The Fighting Owls returned home after a pair of losses and were looking to get the train back on the tracks.
  • Harford jumped all over their opponents from the start and finished with a 44-4 shots advantage over their opponents.
  • Antonio Savi scored his third hat trick in as many home games as he leads the conference with 12 goals on the year.
  • The versatile William Wangu found himself on the score sheet three times with two goals and an assist after having gone the first five games of the season with just one assist.
  • In addition to Wangu, Pedro Vilela and Larsen Green also scored their first goals of the season.
  • Harford once again utilized three goalkeepers in the game with starter Michael Nelson the only one given the opportunity to record a save.

  • Harford will stay home for a massive contest on Thursday, September 14 at 6 PM when they take on the #1 ranked Monroe College.
  • The Mustangs are 5-0 on the season including a 5-0 win against the same Rowan-Burlington team the Fighting Owls fell to on September 8.
