  • The Short Story: Harford continued to show off their domination in the conference with a comfortable win over Hagerstown that saw the Fighting Owls jump out to an insane 29-0 start.

 HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Harford scored the first 29 points of the game with Hagerstown getting on the scoreboard for the first time after seven and a half minutes of play.
  • Easily ahead 65-18 at halftime, Harford eased it back for the entire second half and cruised to victory.
  • Elaija DeMeza and Adrienne Jones each had 19 points to lead the team as they combined to make eight from long range.
  • Shantel McCray-Cheeks added 14 points while Janiece Loney scored 13 as she has now scored in double digits in six of the last seven games despite not achieving that feat in any of the team's previous games.
  • Destinee McQueen scored 11 and Ryan Holder added 10 while each pulled down eight rebounds.
  • Tianna Swearinger scored 10 points as well with Harford getting seven different player in double digits.
 UP NEXT
  • Harford will hit the road for another conference foe as they travel to Anne Arundel on Friday, January 26 at 5 PM.
  • The Riverhawks are 7-8 on the year and 3-4 in the conference with wins coming against Howard, Southern Maryland and Prince George's.
