Fighting Owls Dismantle Dragons, 106-37

Bel Air, Md. – Harford utilized Dahnye Redd's 28 points and 22 rebounds to fuel a dominant 106-37 victory over the Howard Dragons, Wednesday night inside in the APGFCU Arena.

The redshirt sophomore picked up her fifth straight double-double with ease, while also limiting Dragons' forward Sabreen Muslim to just nine points. Muslim was pestered on both ends by the likes of Redd and Jewel Porter, who'd force her to foul out with nine minutes left in the fourth quarter. Muslim was averaging over 28 points per game against conference opposition before tonight's matchup.

Harford torched the Dragons' defense early, going on a 21-0 run to start the contest. Howard was limited to just 14 points over the first two quarters after turning the ball over 29 times, leading to a season high 25 steals for the Fighting Owls.

The final two quarters mimicked the previous ones, as Harford continue to shut down Howard on defense while torturing the Dragons on the fast break and in the paint to earn their 69th straight conference win.
