Day two featured a huge 3-2 (25-21, 25-16, 19-25, 20-25, 15-11) victory against CCRI that placed the ladies in blue into the Gold Bracket semifinals. Unfortunately, the Fighting Owls weekend would end in a straight set loss to Montgomery (25-18, 25-18, 25-15), who would go on to win the tournament.
