Hampton, Va. – The Harford Fighting Owls dropped game two of Sunday's doubleheader with Bryant and Stratton, falling to the Bobcats 6-0.
Harford's bats were stumped by Bryant and Stratton starter Ryan Andrzejczk, recording just two hits while striking out 13 times. The Fighting Owls best chance to score came in the top of the second, loading the bases after Andrzejczk walked three of the innings first four batters. Back-to-back strikeouts eventually doomed Harford's threat, and Andrzejczk cruised the rest of the way for the win.
Without much pressure from the Harford offense, the Bobcats were content to drive in three runs in the third and again in the fifth. They tallied just three hits outside of those two innings
Bryant and Stratton improve to 3-7, while Harford falls to 1-1.
