Fighting Owls Storm Past Williamson

Bel Air, Md. – No.2 Harford scored the game's first 17 goals, cruising to 30-1 victory over the Williamson College of the Trades on Tuesday evening inside Harford Stadium.

The Fighting Owls dominated every aspect of the game, scoring at will while also commanding possession on face offs (25 to 4) and disrupting the Williamson attack.

Harford's last 30 goal outing came back on March 7 of 2017, when they defeated Ancilla College 30-2. It's their largest margin of victory their 33-3 rout of Northern Virginia in the 2014 Region 20 Quarterfinals.

Harford improves to 2-1 on the year, while Williamson falls to 2-2.

  • Chandler Schmidt continues to lead the team in scoring (11) after netting five on the evening.

  • Barret Casto picked up the win between the pipes, while backup keeper Spencer Cable saved three shots in relief.
  • Alex Wroe and Grady DiPeso led the team with seven ground balls each.
  • Zach Brooks shined in the face off circle, claiming 12-of-13 chances.
