Pensacola, Fla. – No. 2 Harford faced No. 8 Cowley College in their fourth and final match of the JUCO Invitational. The Fighting Owls looked to claim their first win of the year, but fell to Tigers 9-0.

Harford drops to 0-4 on the season after the loss.

The match of the day was at No. 2 singles, where Noemi Aguirre played against her former team. Aguirre lost the first set 6-2, and had a lead in set two, but Cowley fought back and forced a tiebreaker. She would also have a 6-3 lead in the tiebreaker, but lost the last five points and subsequently lost the match.
