BEL AIR, Md. – The Harford men's basketball team came up short over the weekend, falling to the Hagerstown Hawks, 92-68, Saturday night inside the APGFCU Arena.
The loss pushes Harford out of first place in Region, meaning they will be the No. 2 seed when the postseason tournament begins on February 29 at Allegany.
Harford dips to 6-19 (2-9 MD JUCO) after the loss, while Hagerstown moves to 10-13 (3-6).
Turning Point
Joshua Foote's three free throws were the only points Harford scored in the final 10 minutes of the first half. Hagerstown tallied 21 during this period, highlighted by four three-pointers.
