BEL AIR, Md. - Defense and free throws were the name of the game Monday evening, as Harford sent the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) Hawks packing via 91-81 scoreline inside the APGFCU Arena.

The Fighting Owls forced 25 turnovers on the evening and earned 17 steals. Ricardo Ross, Nick Parrish, and Jahsiah Lamothe topped all players with four takeaways each.

Harford was clinical at the charity stripe, knocking down a season high 27 free throws. Parrish also led in this department by going 7-for-9.

The Fighting Owls have won three in a row and sit at 6-4 (4-2 MD JUCO).

Turning Point
After CSM pulled within three points with just over a minute left, Harford would closed the game out on a 9-3 run. Parrish led the men in blue with five points during this stretch, while Ross and Maseo Carson scored two points each. CSM went 1-for-3 during the run to seal its fate.
