BALTIMORE, Md. – A pair of second half penalty kicks was all the separated Harford and CCBC-Essex, as the Fighting Owls fell to the Knights, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.

The Knights took back the lead in the second on a penalty kick, then doubled their advantaged with another PK goal. Harford looked to fight back and registered four shots in final 10 minutes, but Essex's defense stood tall to see out the win.
Harford falls to 1-1 (0-1 MD JUCO), while Essex improves to 4-0 (4-0).
