After two scoreless innings to start the game, Reyce Curnane took the Lions deep for two in the third to give Harford the lead. A bases loaded walk and two sacrifice flies raised the advantage to 5-0, then John McNamee brought home two more via double for a 7-0 advantage after six. The Fighting Owls put Dundalk out of business in the seventh with back-to-back home runs from Hunter Blair (2 RBI) and Brelon Harden (solo).
