NORTH EAST, Md. - The Fighting Owls made quick work of Cecil, deflighting the Seahawks in straight sets on Friday evening.
Harford scored double digit kills in all three sets and dominated the night. Cecil's best shot came in set three, as they took a three point lead (19-16) while the Fighting Owls starting unit looked on from the bench. The starters hit the floor shortly thereafter, taking nine of the final 10 points of the match to earn a sweep.
11 Fighting Owls tallied at least one kill on the evening.
Martina Croce topped everyone with 10 kills, while Brook Naugle notched eight kills and a team high three solo blocks.
Harford is 5-2 (2-0 MD JUCO) after tonight's victory.
