NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - The Fighting Owls gave up a season high 23 hits to DI rival Monroe, as Harford fell to the Mustangs 16-8 in five innings.

With the game tied at 2-2 heading to the bottom of the third, the Mustangs would tack on five runs to take the lead. The Mustangs went on to score five runs over the final two innings, including a four-run fifth to mercy rule the Fighting Owls. 

Emily Curry had another brilliant day at the dish, going 3-for-3 with an inside the park grand slam. Brooke Nall and Brianna Brunetto slotted in behind her with two hits.

Harford falls to 7-8 with the defeat.
