BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's soccer team, under the guidance of fourth-year head coach
Bill Wardle, has released its schedule for the 2022 season.
Wardle guided Harford to the most wins in program history (16) and its first NJCAA National Tournament appearance.
Kye Williams was named a Second Team NJCAA All-American, with three additional players named to the All-Region 20 side.
Home
Back-to-back home matches with Mercer County (August 23) and Carroll (August 25) kickoff the 2022 campaign. Harford remains away from home until Sept. 13 when they battle Frederick. Other September contests in Bel Air include Anne Arundel (September 20) and Allegany (September 22).
The Fighting Owls compete at home just twice in October: a home match with Region 20 DI foe Hagerstown (October 4) and its regular season finale versus USC Lancaster on Oct. 16.
Away
Harford makes the trek to Potomac State for its lone August road contest. September holds five away contests, including four meeting with Maryland JUCO foes and a East District semifinal rematch with Harcum on September 16.
The Fighting Owls travel to Monroe CC to begin October, then head to Rockville to face Montgomery on Oct. 6. Southern Maryland (October 11) and Prince George's (October 13) round out Harford's road schedule.
