BEL AIR, MD - Fighting Owls baseball has won 10 games in a row and currently sit at 32-8 on the season after defeating the Chesapeake Skipjacks 15-0 and 10-0 in yesterdays doubleheader. 

Harford has accumulated some nationally competitive stats throughout the season including 104 doubles (5th in NJCAA Division I), 122 stolen bases (9th), a .595 slugging percentage (9th), a .219 batting average against (7th), 7 shutouts (10th), and 54 home runs (15th). With only 14 contests left in the regular season the Fighting Owls will look to continue their offensive dominance into the postseason, where they will need a strong performance in the Regional and District tournaments to return to the NJCAA Division I Baseball World Series for the second time in three years. 

Offensively four players are sharing the load of the Fighting Owls firepower. Sophomore, Joey Pagano is currently batting .444 landing him at 14th in the country for that category. Sophomore, Jesse Jaconski is sitting at .414 with 46 runs on 42 hits. He currently leads the team in Runs Batted In with 38 on the season. Freshman, Rueben Livingston is batting .393 with 7 home runs and 34 Runs Batted In. He has also drawn the most walks on the team with 23 so far this season. Lastly, Sophomore Robert Phelps is currently batting .365, leading the team in At-Bats with 104 and conceding only 8 strikeouts. He has 13 doubles on the year, and 22 stolen bases on 24 attempts. 

Harford's well-rounded offense is supported by strong performances on the mound by Joey Colucci and Joe Rauscher. Colucci is currently 7th in the national rankings with an ERA of 1.64, and 13th in the country with a WHIP of 1.00. He averages 11.66 strikeouts per game, and has accumulated 57 on the season through 161 at-bats. Rauscher averages 10.3 strikeouts per game with 52 on the season, and is wielding a 3.18 ERA.
