Evans returns to Harford for his second season as an assistant coach, his third under head coach Mike Smelkinson.

Evans had a successful college and professional career, playing under Bobby Huggins at Cincinnati for two years before transferring to Colorado State for the 1994-96 seasons. The guard earned First-Team All-WAC as a senior and currently holds the single season school record for steals (72). He ranks fourth all-time with 150 3-pointers in just two seasons and 116 career steals.

After his time as a Ram, Evans played professionally overseas in numerous countries, including Italy. He will be in charge of defense for the Fighting Owls.
