KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Harford women's soccer head coach,
Jason Muffoletto, was awarded the 2011 National Soccer Coach's Association of America Division I Coach of the Year for the north region.
The Fighting Owls (16-3, 7-1) posted an outstanding season in 2011 capped off by a fourth place finish at the National Tournament, the program's best finish all-time. Among the team's outstanding achievements were the Region XX championship and a share of the MD JUCO championship.
In addition to leading Harford to its best finish as a team, Muffoletto was able to get the most out of his players in 2011, with multiple players receiving individual accolades for their achievements both on and off the pitch. Most notably, goal keeper
Audrey Baldwin was named an NJCAA second team All-American.
