BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team improved to 4-0 with a 54-49 victory over Brookdale on Tuesday inside the APGFCU Arena. The Fighting Owls never trailed in the second half of a turnover-riddled contest.
Exzavier Cooper led all scorers with 14 points on 6-of-11 shooting. He was the lone Fighting Owl to shoot over 50 percent from the floor in the win.

The two teams combined for 53 turnovers in 40 minutes, 30 by the Jersey Blues. With 51 seconds remaining in the contest and Harford clinging to a 50-45 lead, Brookdale connected on the first of two free throws but was called for a lane violation on the second, wiping out a make by Isaiah Johnson. Allie Kondeh then drove the lane and connected on a tough fadeaway jumper over the Jersey Blue big man with 41 seconds left to seal the victory.
