BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's basketball team took a five-point lead into the break but was outplayed in the second half of a 92-82 home loss to Baltimore City on Tuesday.
The Fighting Owls led 46-41 at the half thanks to 13 first-half markers from
Jon Warren. The freshman guard was 5-for-10 from the floor including a pair of triples and a fast-break jam.
The Panthers were the more agressive team after intermission, shooting 51.9 percent from the floor and forcing 11 turnovers to spark their comeback.
Warren finished with a team-best 18 points while
Jordan Lilly also came off the bench to score 16. Sophomore
Malachi Seney added 11 points and six assists in the loss.
Harford travels to CCBC Dundalk on Friday for a 6 p.m. start.
