BEL AIR, Md. - The first-place Harford volleyball team improved to 5-0 in MD JUCO action with an easy sweep of Chesapeake on Thursday evening. The Fighting Owls outhit the Skipjacks .275 to -.286.

Sophomore Tiyana Bumbray, who leads the conference with 137 kills, tallied 11 winners in the victory. Braquelle Horton, who leads the MD JUCO with 221 digs, recorded a game-best seven digs.

Alicia Horton collected seven kills while Haleigh Plummer, Alexis Goldston and Janessa Fauntroy all chipped in with four. Morgan Tennant totaled 18 assists in two sets of work.

The Fighting Owls travel to Baltimore City on Sunday at 2 p.m.
