Union Tops Men In Opener, 17-5

BEL AIR, Md. - The Harford men's lacrosse team fell in the 2016 season opener to Union County on Saturday, 17-5. 

Brad Smith scored a pair of goals in the loss and three other Fighting Owls scored their first goals in Harford blue. Max Mullin opened the contest with a goal before the Union County Owls scored seven straight to blow the contest open.

Mullin and Tyler Wagoner added assists for a multiple point effort. Jacob Laubner made 14 saves in goal.
