ALEXANDRIA, Va. - The Harford men's lacrosse team (1-1) took down NOVA (0-2) on the road, 25-3, on Tuesday to earn its first victory of the young season.
Tyler Wagoner and
Max Mullin both recorded seven goals in the rout and Mullin added four assists for a career-best 11-point afternoon.
Brett Hurley scored three goals and
Mike Cooke and
Sean Lautenklos both added a pair of tallies.
The Nighthawks scored first, but the Fighting Owls recorded 16 of the next 17 goals for the win.
Jacob Laubner made seven saves to earn his first win of the season.
The Fighting Owls host Suffolk on Sunday at 1 p.m.
