HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Harford came out strong against a conference foe that the Fighting Owls have dominated over the last half decade, and never let the Riverhawks enjoy a lead in the game.
  • Martin Kelly scored a career high 15 points without missing a single shot as he went 5-5 from the field including 3-3 from behind the arc and 2-2 from the charity stripe.
  • Micah Till scored 16 points in the game and added three huge blocks as there wasn't a single Anne Arundel player that could match up with his size and strength.
  • Aaron McDonald continued to take his point guard duties with pride as he dished out another 6 assists.

GAME QUOTES AND NOTES:
  • Head Coach Michael Smelkinson: "We continue to be a great team playing at home, this was a potential trap game but we still came out and played tough."
  • All 12 of the Fighting Owls that saw the court scored in the game, with Mekhi Willis scoring in the last minute to round it out.
  • Isaiah White and Micah Till both finished with 3 blocks each as they are currently 4th and 6th in the conference respectively; Dom Keyes is still in 2nd place with 1.9 blocks per game.
