  • The Short Story: The Harford men's lacrosse team cruised to an easy victory with a dominant performance over a new Ancilla men's lacrosse program. Harford continued their impressive start to the season that has them ranked third in the nation, their highest ranking in program history.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Ancilla shockingly took an early lead with a transition goal in the first minute of the game.
  • That was the last of the good news for the visiting team as Harford would proceed to rattle off the next 29 consecutive goals.
  • Chase Oberlin and John Perry led the way with six goals each along with both of them adding an assist as well.
  • Kyle Barkley, the late game hero in the Nassau game two days prior, scored four goals with an assist.
  • Andy Stump rounded out the hat trick club with three goals and an assist.
  • Nick Esser and Connor Davies each added two goals and three assists with Austin Johnston tallying two and two.
  • The Fighting Owl face-off men continue to dominate their opponents as Kyle Thomas went 17-19 with six ground balls and Chris Parrott went 13-17 with 12 ground balls.
  • Goalkeepers Adam Smith and Hunar Berzangi each played a half of the game in goal with both tallying two saves.

UP NEXT:
  • Harford will get a week off before traveling to Southern Maryland for a conference game on Wednesday, March 15 for a 4 PM game.
