Bryn Mawr, Pa. – The Harcum Bears snapped Harford's five-game win stream Saturday afternoon, downing the Fighting Owls 98-81 in Pennsylvania.
Harcum jumps to 12-2 with the win, while Harford falls to 8-5.
Turning Point
Behind 54-41 at the break, Harford bounced back to come within four points of Harcum's lead at just under 10 minutes left to play. The Bears would snuff out the rally, scoring 21 of the game's next 31 points to go ahead comfortably the rest of the way.
Game Notes
- Harford is now 0-3 when playing at Harcum College this season, having played then #5 Eastern Florida State and Richard Bland in Bryn Mawr on Nov. 15-16.
- Devin Smith led Harford with 18 points, while Kevin Perry (14 points, 10 rebounds) earned a double-double in just 15 minutes of action.
