Bel Air, Md. – The Fighting Owls men's tennis team saw the court quite a bit this weekend, hosting two teams at home on Saturday before traveling for their third match on Sunday.

Harford kicked off Saturday with Rowan-Gloucester, a team the men in blue defeated 7-2 just eight days ago. Both teams would make several changes in singles and doubles, but the Fighting Owls would once again end up on top by a score of 6-3.

Luigi Zanin and Bruno Brocanelli played an integral part, picking up an 8-0 win in #2 doubles while also making quick work of their #3 and #4 singles opponents. John Brett and Antoine Le Gloan would follow suit, winning their #1 doubles bout before taking down the opposition via tiebreaker in #1 and #2 singles.

After a short break the Fighting Owls would welcome USC Sumter to Bel Air by handing the Fire Ants a 5-2 loss. Harford's top two doubles pairings came up spades once again, knocking off Sumter's #1 and #2 duos 8-4 and 8-5 respectively. The Fighting Owls also received three more solid performances from Brett, Le Gloan and Zanin in singles to secure the Saturday sweep.

Harford's lone loss would come in Salisbury on Sunday, falling to the Seagulls 6-3. The highlight for the men in blue came from Brett and Le Gloan, who defeated Salisbury's #1 doubles pairing to move to 3-0 as a duo on the weekend. Juan Naranjo and Brocanelli also scored wins for the men in blue in #5 and #6 singles action.
