Bel Air, Md. – Khalil Williams-Diggins last-gasp three fell just short at the buzzer, allowing the Baltimore City Panthers to sneak out of the APGFCU Arena with a 71-68 over Harford.

Turning Point
With the two teams gridlocked at 34-34, Baltimore City grabbed a six-point lead by sinking their first three shots of the half. Harford attempted to cut the deficit numerous times, but the Panthers held firm and never led by less than three points over the game's final 15 minutes.

Part of blame can be placed on the 17 second half free throws the Panthers were awarded, with Harford receiving just nine attempts in comparison.

Game Notes

• Devin Smith and Jaedon Willis led the Fighting Owls with 17 and 16 points respectively.
• Kevin Perry topped all Harford players with 9 rebounds.
• While the Fighting Owls outscored the Panther bench 37-14, Baltimore City earned 11 more points than the men in blue off turnovers.
• Harford was limited to 32 total rebounds, its third lowest total of the season.
• Seven of the last nine games between Baltimore City and Harford have been decided by 10 points or less.
