Pensacola, Fla. – No. 9 Harford fell just short in their second match of JUCO Invitational, dropping a meeting with No. 5 Eastern Florida State (EFS) on Sunday.
Harford falls to 1-2 on the year with the loss.

How it Happened
Adam Larsen pulled out Harford's lone victory of the day in No. 3 singles, battling past Sebastian Rivera in straight sets. No. 4 singles saw John Brett give EFS a run for their money, bouncing back from a 6-1 loss in the first set to claim the second by the same score. The Harford sophomore pushed EFS' Fabricio Galvan in the tiebreaking, but eventually fell 10-6
Harford suffered a couple of tough losses in No. 1 and No. 2 doubles action. The team of Norwood and Etzberger fell 8-6 after losing a tough break, while Larsen and Brett led 5-0 early before watching their match slip away.
