How it Happened
Much like the women of CSU, the men's lineup was shaken up by the Eagles in order to claim more overall wins. This time it backfired, as CSU dropped five of six matches in the singles action and two of three in doubles.
Adam Larsen stepped up in No. 2 singles, battling CSU's Sam Scala-McNeil to a three-set victory for the Fighting Owls. The rest of the matches weren't nearly as close, with Harford's No. 3-6 singles claiming wins in straight sets. Only once did Harford claimed more than two games in a set.
Larsen teamed with
Artur Etzberger to sweep CSU's top pairing with easy, while
John Brett and
Finlay Rowan's straight set victory handed Harford the point in doubles action.
Up Next
Harford will have an extended break before traveling to West Chester on Wednesday, March 27.
