BEL AIR, Md. – Harford picked up their fourth win in its last five tries, sweeping the Allegany Trojans, Thursday evening inside the APGFCU Arena.
Harford is now 5-5 on the year and 5-2 in Maryland JUCO conference play. Allegany sinks to 3-6 (1-5).
How it Happened
The Fighting Owls dominated a lifeless Allegany squad and cruised to a straight sets victory. Harford strung together 25 service aces across the three sets, their most in any match since a win over Delaware County back in 2014.
The Trojans didn't do themselves any favors when they had the ball, recording 25 return errors, nine service errors and seven attacking errors. On the contrary, Harford set new season lows in service and attacking errors.
