BEL AIR, Md. - Maseo Carson's career high 14 points were not enough on Tuesday, as Harford fell to Howard Dragons 79-66 inside the APGFCU Arena.
Carson finished perfect from the field on the evening, including a 6-6 mark from the foul line.
The Fighting Owls dip to 2-3 (0-1 MD JUCO) after the loss.
Turning Point
Harford closed the gap to five with 3:59 left to play in the second half. Howard would make critical buckets in the following two possessions, including a dagger three by Omar McGann to drive their lead back up to 10.
Keyshawn Johnson cut the lead to nine with 35 seconds, but the Dragons knocked down four free throws to seal the deal.
