COLUMBIA, Md. - The Harford men's lacrosse team (7-7) dropped its Region XX Semifinal contest at Howard on Friday, 18-8.

The Dragons jumped out to a 5-0 lead after one quarter and an 8-1 lead at the half before the Fighting Owls got things going. A six-goal third period was not enough to erase the early deficit in the season-ending loss.

Howard's defense was able to hold the MD JUCO leading scorer Tyler Wagoner scoreless in Harford's loss. Mike Cooke and Max Mullin scored twice and Mike DiNatalie, Tristan Pace, Brett Hurley and Sean Lautenklos also found the back of the net. Pace led Harford with seven ground balls and all players with five caused turnovers. Jacob Laubner made 14 saves in defeat.
