Tom Smith – Football
Tom played football during the 1976 season. As an outstanding wide receiver, he earned the honor of being named Harford’s first ever first-team All American. After leaving Harford, he attended Wake Forest University where he continued his football career for the 1977 and 1978 seasons. He was a letter winner in 1977 and during that year, was ranked sixth in receptions, ninth in receiving yards, and fifth in receiving yards per reception in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). He graduated from Wake Forest in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
