Harford Athletics Hall of Fame
Randy led the nation in scoring and rushing in1978 leading the Owls to an undefeated season from his running back position. He was named to the 1978 All-American Team.
A graduate of North Harford High School, Randy transferred to the University of Pittsburgh on a football scholorship as one of the Panthers top recruits where he appeared in two bowl games.
A first draft choice of the Baltimore Colts in 1981, Randy began his successful professional career rushing for over 100 yards in his pro debut.Â
